Let's Hear it for My Little Lady

This silly goose is 4 years old today. Her pediatrician said she is perfect and I have to agree. Happy Birthday Boober!

Scurrying...

...probably more like buzzing actually - like a honeybee. Trying to make life sweeter for others and enjoy some of the honey myself.
Apple pattern from lionbrandyarn.com
I hastily finished this juicy fruit for one special teacher and have another to finish this weekend. I crocheted the stem because the pattern called for a piece of yarn with a knot in the end and it looked silly. I plan to do the next one in red and a better job not letting the stuffing show through, but I always wonder why patterns like this decrease so quickly, thereby leaving large holes in the work.
This is what my lunch hours and nights have consisted of for about the past month...trying to have it all done by Sunday because someone special is turning 4 that day.

Also trying not to sweat the deadline.

Done Dolly

Medusa is now finished and will be making her way into Grace's little, chubby arms very soon. Free pattern HERE.
Still trying different things with the embroidery and while the facial features still need some work I am pretty proud of the little monogram.

Reconnected

May the 4th be with you! Yet another sneaky virus kept us off the data grid for a spell, this time taking our hard drive with it. Gotta love the 1TB external drive.

Let's all get back in the swing of things, shall we? I would like to introduce some of my newest friends and reacquaint you with some familiar faces. Commencing stroll through garden...
